Homeowners in the Aerie love their views. But they also love the Aerie’s location and unique sense of privacy. Downtown Park City is about a mile from their doors yet the neighborhood remains very quiet with little tourist traffic. That’s partly because the neighborhood does not allow vacation rentals. It’s also quiet because the majority of properties in the Aerie are second homes.
