New ski-in/ski-out community in Park City, Utah
Velvaere is Park City's newest ski-in/ski-out community, located at the Mayflower ski resort. The ski resort is scheduled to open for the 2024/2025 ski season, however construction has already begun at Velvaere and so have reservations. There will be 115 properties in total with a mix of estate homes, residences, and cabins, all built by Magleby who did the Stein Eriksen Residences and Monitor's Rest, the most expensive home ever sold in Utah.
